Build Your Future with Goldcrest Cement.
For 170 years, KHD has been a global authority in the cement industry. KHD-Humboldt Wedag India have shaped cement plants and tackle several of our industry’s most pressing challenges: improving environmental performance, raising productivity, lowering production costs, and increasing efficiency.
We remain committed to the timeless importance of efficient and economic cement production. But as a pioneer of Cement beyond Carbon, we’re innovating a yet more sustainable industry. Whether it’s digitalization, decarbonization, optimization, or anything beyond, we’re developing the cement plant of the future and building it on the foundations that define us: technological leadership, engineering excellence, quality manufacturing, and exceptional customer service.
The project encompasses “state-of-the-art” 10,000 TPD integrated cement plant including ~18.0 MW, Waste Heat Recovery System, fully equipped with cutting-edge technologies and comprehensive utility and supply systems.
L&T’s new generation Double rotor Impactors for economical and efficient crushing suited for softer materials like limestone, delivering high reduction ratios best for Roller press system.
Specially designed stackers and reclaimers required for homogenization / blending for maintaining raw material compositions along with comprehensive material handling system to ensure the seamless movement of raw materials and clinker throughout the plant. The integrated design enables reliable transport, efficient storage, and smooth coordination between various process sections, contributing to the overall productivity and operational stability of the facility.
The selected KHD’s Roller Press technology in finish mode, ensures lowest energy consumption, zero water requirement, lesser heat requirement and additional waste heat power generation among other available grinding technologies.
M/s Goldcrest Cement installed “State-of-the-Art High-Efficiency Pyro-processing System” which is a major step forward in our commitment to sustainable manufacturing. This next-generation preheater technology represents a significant investment in cleaner, more energy-efficient production. By optimizing heat recovery and combustion efficiency, the new system is designed to substantially reduce thermal energy consumption and lower the plant's overall carbon footprint compared to conventional preheater configurations.
Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS): With the growing emphasis on energy efficiency, sustainability and reduction of carbon footprint across the cement industry, KHD Humboldt Wedag India (HWI) has supplied ~18 MW comprehensive and technically optimized WHRS system, leveraging KHD’s strong process engineering and project execution capabilities together with the extensive waste heat recovery experience of Hangzhou Boiler Group (HBG), China.
The selected KHD’s Comflex® Compact semi-finish configuration combines roller press with a ball mill. The roller press handles the energy-intensive initial grinding step. Roller press fines are directed to the finish product stream, while coarser fractions proceed to the ball mill. As this combi-circuit is suitable for high production capacities with lower energy consumption, resulting into better quality and low water demand product.
Highly efficient Rotary Packer and automated solution for the cement industry, designed to fill, accurately weighing and discharge cement bags. These machines are equipped with advanced technology and features that ensure high packing efficiency, low energy consumption, and accurate measurement.
